GETTING UP AND RUNNING

Once you’ve downloaded the app, login using your existing Spark ‘My Account’ username and password. If you don’t have an online account yet, that’s okay, just register using your account number and postcode – it couldn’t be easier.

We’ve designed the app for use on a mobile. It isn’t adapted for use on a tablet yet but don’t worry, if you’re having problems you can still manage your account online using the ‘My Account’ feature on our website, sparkenergy.co.uk.

We hope you find it nice and easy to manage your energy account with the app, but please bear in mind that it’s the first ever version. We know it might not be perfect just yet, but with your help we’ll be able to quickly develop and improve it.
